✦ Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something I'd love to offer in the future, but I want to make sure I do it right before diving in!
✦ How long does processing take?
It depends on what you ordered!
— Ready-made items: 1–4 business days to process and pack your order.
— Made-to-order items: 1–2 weeks, because I have to actually make your item first! I'll always keep you in the loop.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it on its journey to you! 📦
✦ Refunds ✦
✦ What is your refund policy?
If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving it. I want to make things right!
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to me in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once I receive and inspect the item, I'll process your refund promptly.
✦ Are there any items that can't be refunded?
Yes! Custom and commission orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances Since they're made specifically for you, it would be really weird if I resold them. Additionally, any custom order cancellations will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of the commission.
✦ Exchanges ✦
✦ Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, I don't accept exchanges. Since everything in the werkshoppe is handmade in small batches, I don't have extra inventory sitting around to swap things out. Each item is essentially one-of-a-kind!
✦ Something Went Wrong? ✦
If your item arrived damaged or broken, please email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll figure it out together. I always want you to be happy with your order!
