✦ Orders & Shopping ✦
✦ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Reach out to me as soon as possible via email or DM and I'll do my absolute best to help you! That said, I can't guarantee changes/cancellations once an order is already packed and ready to go. (sometimes I work fast!) If you want to change an order, it's going to have to be cancelled, and you'll have to order again!

✦ What are your items made of?
It really depends on the craft! I work with a lot of felt, perler beads, yarn, chain, and more. I have a lot of different passions, so I use so many different things. （´∇｀''）Each listing will usually give you a better idea of what went into making it.
✦ Why are some items more expensive than others?
I price everything based on the materials used and (more importantly) the time it took to make. All items here are handmade by me, so my prices reflect that! I'm not a factory, and I try to price things as reasonably as I can while still valuing my own work. ♡
✦ Will my item look exactly like the photo?
If it's a ready-made item, yes! The pictures I take are the items that you will receive! If it is an item like a sticker, button pin, sticker sheet, etc, there may be slight difference from piece to piece. If it's a made-to-order item, then expect some differences between photo and picture, just because I'm not a machine! My hands do things differently every time I craft!

✦ How long does processing take?
If it's a ready-made item, processing typically takes 1–4 days. If it's a made-to-order item, you're looking at 1–2 weeks because I have to actually make it first! I'll always do my best to keep you in the loop.
✦ Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment! I currently only ship within the US. International shipping is something I'd love to figure out down the road, but with everything going on with tariffs and logistics, I want to make sure I do it right before I dive in. Stay tuned! 🐸
✦ What if my item arrives broken?
Oh no!! Please email me within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll figure something out together, whether that means a replacement or some other solution. Please also check my refund policy for more details. I always want you to be happy with your order! ♡

✦ Do you take commissions?
Yes!! I love making custom things for people! Please go check out my Custom Request Form, and make a request! You can also email or DM me for more infromation!
✦ How long do commissions take?
Since I have to make everything by hand, commissions generally fall into that 1–2 week timeframe, They sometimes take a little longer depending on complexity and my current queue. I'll always give you an estimate when we talk!

✦ Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Simple items like sticker sheets, stickers, button pins, are more likely to come back. Handmade items though? I wouldn't hold your breath, as most of them are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches. The best way to catch restocks is to follow me on social media or join the Mail Club! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
